Technical Problems

How can I change my screen resolution to view my programmes better?

We recommend you view programmes on your computer with a screen resolution of 1024x768 and 32-bit colour display.

To set your screen resolution you should:

XP user:

Go to the 'Start' menu, then 'Control Panel', then click on 'Display' and then 'Settings'. Here you can change the screen resolution.

Vista User:

1. Open Display Settings by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Display Settings.

2. Under Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.

You can watch programmes in small, medium or full-screen view by clicking on the icons in the top right hand corner of both the 4oD and the Catch-Up player.
