- The subtitles are too far up the screen, this covers people mouths and means we can’t lip-read – they need to be at the bottom.
- On some of your live programmes the subtitles are not in sync or not completely accurate, they have misspellings and sometimes even get names wrong.
- Would it be possible to leave the subtitles on screen for longer? I don't have time to read them.
- Often the subtitling is intermittent but more often significantly lagging behind the actual speech, why?
